Development of policies for international assignment

Policies that govern international assignments need to be flexible enough to provide for different scenarios, but rigid enough to ensure that consistent approach for which the policy was drafted is maintained. Accordingly, consultation and agreement with all relevant stakeholders is key to developing policies applicable to expatriates. The session today will investigate what factors need to be considered when developing policies applicable to expatriates.
